RETURN POLICY
We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange, for another item within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
- Except for quality issues, special products are not participating in the return policy
Customers may begin the return process by contacting us at high.class.caps@gmail.com, stating the reason for the return.
Please note that this return policy does not apply to promotional items. All promotional purchases are considered final sale unless a verified quality issue is present.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases.
Please note that we do not provide a shipping label on returns.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
Mail your return to the address provided to you via email.
Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS – SALE - ADD 3 PAY FOR 2 OFFER
Orders placed under the “ADD 3 ITEMS TO CART & ONLY PAY FOR 2” promotion are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect.
Because this promotion provides a significant discount by giving one item for free, all promotional purchases under this offer are considered final sale.
By participating in this promotion, customers agree to the following conditions:

No returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing issues, preference changes, or selecting the wrong item.

Only items with clear quality or manufacturing defects qualify for review.

Any approved claim must be supported with photos of the product defect and packaging.

If a defective item is confirmed, we will offer a replacement in the same size and color, depending on availability.

REFUNDS
The tracking number is required once you send it back. Otherwise, the order will lose the refund service.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 10 days after we receive your return.
- The shipping back charges are non-refundable.
- Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
- Except for quality issues, special merchandise does not participate in the return policy.
RECEIVED AN FAULTY ITEM?
We are so sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info:
- Your Order Number
- Item Name
- Photos that show:
- Product fault as clearly as possible
- Full-length photo of the item
- The High Class Hats Packaging
If your item was damaged on delivery, please get in touch with us within 7 days with photographic evidence so that we can get it sorted for you.
